Support at Capita Financial Software Ltd
(CFSL)
From Monday (22nd of September 2008) the way you contact
Capita Financial Software for support is changing!
The helpdesks for all Capita Financial Software products
and services (Quay Software, Webline and Synaptic) are being
centralised at our Bishop’s Stortford office, which
currently provides support for our Quay Software branded products.
When calling the centralised support number you will be presented
with options to ensure that your call will be answered by
a support agent trained in the product you are calling us
about.
The benefit of having one central helpdesk is that you only
have to use one phone number and one email address to get
support on any of the products you have purchased from us.
We are also increasing the number of cross trained support
staff, reducing the time for you to get your issues resolved,
regardless of what product you have purchased from us.
As well as retaining the subject matter experts for each
of our three brands whom you may have talked to in the past,
we have also recruited additional staff at Bishop’s
Stortford to deliver the new service.
