All of our products come with customer support, but sometimes it's faster and easier to find your answer online. Check out our Knowledge Base first, but be assured that you can reach us by email or phone when you need to.

Our Support Team will assist you with any of the tools within the Synaptic Suite, and wherever possible, resolve your call during the first contact. Should this not be possible, the issue will be escalated, and assigned to one of our internal technical departments, who will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
