Here are some snapshots of the user journeys:
The first screen shows the client area, where details are captured, including information that may be
pertinent to any underwriting required:

The second screen shows the set up for joint lives, including a results page with flexibility on how to view the results. This life quote request has returned options which include ‘partially underwritten quotes’, ranked according to premium value. Notice also the prominent ‘Apply’ button, which will take you directly into the provider’s extranet to conduct the piece of business selected, based on the research provided.

The third screen shows a dashboard for control of the basis of the quote.

The fourth screen shows a Comparison report, available from the results screen. In this case we are reviewing the ‘partially underwritten quotes’ and details of commission payable.

The fifth screen shows further flexibility in the system, this time how easy it is to research not only on joint basis, but policy, benefit or premium.
